7digital (AIM:7DIG), the B2B digital music and radio services company, announces that it has been notified that the following directors and senior executive of the Company have, on 22nd September 2016, purchased a total of 489,139 ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of between 5.015 pence and 5.52 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the Purchase, Simon Cole is beneficially interested in 2,338,919 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
Following the Purchase, Matt Honey is beneficially interested in 56,875 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
Following the Purchase, Ed Kershaw is beneficially interested in 90,532 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
