Directors' / PDMR's Shareholdings 

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that the following directors acquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.

(i) Nick Stagg, the Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 15,250 Ordinary Shares on 28 March 2011 at a price of 33.4975 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Stagg is beneficially interested in 510,704 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

(ii) Andrew Simon, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 16,183 Ordinary Shares on 29 March 2011 at a price of 22 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the exercise of warrants. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Simon is beneficially interested in 62,937 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
