UK Mail Group plc announces that on 28 December 2012, Carl Moore, a person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), exercised options over 3,198 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), originally granted under the Company's SAYE plan at a price of 227p per Share.

Following this transaction Carl Moore now holds voting rights attached to 9,037 ordinary Shares representing 0.0165% of the issued share capital of the Company.
