Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") announces that it has been informed by Harwood Capital LLP (as Investment Manager for Harwood Holdco Limited) that it has sold 8,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 107 pence such that its holding currently comprises 11,500,000 Shares, representing approximately 27.04% of Bioquell's issued Share capital.

Christopher Mills is on the Board of Bioquell PLC and is also the Chief Investment Officer of Harwood Capital LLP.
