It is announced that on 14 July 2011, Richard Harpin, a Director, exercised an option over 245,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence under the HomeServe plc Executive Share Option Plan.
The option was granted on 17 July 2001 at an option price of £1.10 and vested on 17 July 2004 following an assessment of the associated performance conditions (which were based on earnings per share growth).
Mr Harpin retained all of the shares and now holds 39,475,969 shares (11.999% of the issued shares).
