Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company received notification today that on 5 March 2012, William Catchpole, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 120,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.38 pence each to his SIPP held by Suffolk Life Annuities Limited.
Further to this transaction, William Catchpole continues to be interested in 1,869,979 ordinary shares, representing 5.9 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
