BONUS SHARE PLAN ("BSP") - 2012 AWARD

The Company refers to its announcement on 5 March 2012 giving details of the BSP share awards made to certain Directors / PDMRs on 2 March 2012.

The announcement of the number of shares awarded to Mr P Castellari should have read 4,829 Bonus Shares and 3,261 Enhancement Shares instead of 6,439 shares and 4,829 shares respectively.

The notification of this transaction is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the UKLA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
