Hydrogen Group plc ("the Company") was notified on 27 June 2008, that on that day Ian Temple, (Executive Chairman), Tim Smeaton, (Chief Operating Officer) and Chris Cole, (Executive Director) each purchased 13,100 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") though their respective Self Invested Personal Pensions, at a price of 122 pence per share.
