Safestyle UK plc ("Safestyle") announces that the Company was notified by Steve Birmingham, the Chief Executive Officer, that he bought 17,500 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 26 September 2016 at a price of 280.6p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Steve has an interest in 4,149,846 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.01 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
