The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution" or the "Company"), the investment bank andretail fund management group, announces that Sanne Trustee Company UK Limited(the "Trustee") in its capacity as the trustee of The Evolution Group PlcEmployee Share Incentive Plan Trust (the "Plan") on 5 November 2007 purchased22,349 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a priceof 103.46 pence per share and that Evolution has today issued 16,081 Ordinaryshares of 1p each credited as fully paid at 103.46 pence per share to theTrustee as "matching shares" under the terms of the Plan. The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Plan.
