On 19 June 2018, pursuant to the rules of the Consort Medical plc Deferred Bonus Plan and the Consort Medical plc Performance Share Plan, the following Directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of Consort Medical plc (the "Company"), were granted awards over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a share price of £12.33 each as detailed below:
