Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was notified on 7 May 2010 that Dorothy Frances Watt, the wife of Clifford Hurst, Finance Director of Zotefoams, on 5 May 2010 transferred 9,682 shares registered in her name into an ISA account over which she retains beneficial ownership. During this transaction 127 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were sold at 104.0p each to meet the stamp duty and broker's commission costs.

Following this transaction Clifford Hurst and his wife now hold 124,881 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3% of the capital of the Company.
