Ladbrokes plc (the "Company") was today notified of the following changes to the interests of Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") in the Company's ordinary shares of 28⅓ pence each ("Shares") held under the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the "Own Plan"):

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

1 Shares were purchased pursuant to the Own Plan on 5 June 2015 (the "Purchase Date") at 124.30 pence per Share. The Shares were acquired in London.

2 Under the terms of the Own Plan, one bonus Share was allotted on the Purchase Date for every one Share purchased.
