Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that yesterday Ray Davies, Finance Director, sold 23,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 125 pence per share. Mr Davies' Self Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) has correspondingly purchased 23,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 125.12 pence per share. This transaction forms part of Mr Davies' tax planning.

As a result of this transaction there has been no change to Ray Davies' beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in Lok'nStore Group Plc.
