Homeserve Plc31 May 2006 Director/PDMR Share Transactions Purchase of Shares by Employee Trust On 30 May 2006, the Homeserve Employee Trust, which holds shares for the benefitof employees, including directors and persons discharging managerialresponsibility purchased 205,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in thecapital of the Company (0.3% of the issued share capital). The average pricepaid was £17.07 per share. The shares purchased will be used to satisfy options granted under the ExecutiveShare Option Plan.
