Alternative Networks plc04 April 2008 04 April 2008 Alternative Networks plc ("Alternative Networks" or the "Company") PDMR Interest in shares Richard Bampfylde, the majority seller of The Telecom Centre Limited toAlternative Networks plc on 31 August 2007, received, in addition to cashconsideration, 456,453 ordinary shares in Alternative Networks plc (the"Shares"). The Shares are subject to a restriction on disposal until 30 August2008. There is however a permitted exception to this restriction in the eventof transfer to family members or to trusts held for family members (subject tosuch parties entering into similar restrictions). In accordance with theprovisions relating to this permitted transfer Richard Bampfylde transferredthe legal and beneficial title to the Shares into two family trusts for nilconsideration on 3 April 2008.
