Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("the Company")
Shareholdings of Directors and PDMRs
Mr P C T Warner, Chairman of the Company, purchased 644 Ordinary shares, and Mr R W Game, a Director of the Company, purchased 642 Ordinary shares in the Company on 30th October 2009 at 38.874p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Mr P C T Warner purchased 322 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 322 shares were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Mr R W Game purchased 321 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 321 shares were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. All shares were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP. The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the purchase. The shares purchased represent less than 0.001 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Ms S Harries and Messrs D J Lanchester, V B Vaghela and S Wigzell, PDMRs of the Company, each purchased 644 Ordinary shares in the Company on 30th October 2009 at 38.874p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Ms S Harries and Messrs D J Lanchester, V B Vaghela and S Wigzell purchased 322 of their shares as Partnership Shares and 322 shares each were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. All shares were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP.
