These awards are to be satisfied by the trustees of the Huntsworth Employee Benefit Trust. No payment is due for the receipt or vesting of the awards. The awards are structured either as nil cost options or as a forfeitable co-ownership interest in shares combined with a linked option in respect of the relevant shares.
The vesting of the above awards is subject to meeting performance conditions. Subject to those performance conditions being met, the awards will normally vest on the third anniversary of their acquisition.
