Directors' and Officer's Dealings

DiamondCorp, the Southern African diamond development and exploration company, has been notified today of the following share purchases by Directors and Officers.

On 6 June 2014, Euan Worthington, Chairman of the Company, purchased 213,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Worthington holds 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.50% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and £100,000 of the Company's 14% senior secured convertible bonds.

On 6 June 2014, Paul Loudon, CEO of the Company, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.70 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Loudon holds 5,888,052 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.85% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Loudon also holds £100,000 of the Company's 14% senior secured convertible bonds.

On 6 June 2014, Nick Allen, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.62 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase Mr Allen now holds 282,366 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.

On 6 June 2014, Steve West, COO of the Company, purchased 225,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.23 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr West holds 1,475,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
