Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 18 March 2026 that, Richard Staveley, PDMR of the Company, purchased 11,727 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 271.125 pence per Ordinary Share on 17th March, Mrs Suzanne Staveley, his wife, also purchased 7,434 shares at 271.08 pence.
Following the purchases, Mr Staveley, together with his wife, is interested in 447,149 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 0.8% of RKW's issued share capital.
