NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Cobham plc has today been notified that on 26 June 2009 and 13 April 2010 Warren Tucker, Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director, transferred respectively 39,800 and 74,777 ordinary 2.5 pence shares in the company to his wife, K Tucker, as a gift for nil consideration. 

K Tucker has retained 105,077 of those shares to date, having sold 9,500 on 6 November 2009 and were announced on the same day.
