The Evolution Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has received confirmation from Lord MacLaurin of Knebworth, DL, Senior Independent Non executive Director of the Company that he has today purchased 34,300 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("ordinary shares") for his own account.
The shares were registered in the name of Rock Nominees Limited
Account 1321978 and were purchased at an average price of £1.47 per share.
Following this acquisition Lord MacLaurin holds 125,800 ordinary shares representing 0.054% of the issued share capital of the Company.
This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(R)(1)(a).
