The Company has been notified that on Thursday, 22 December 2016, Gaelle Hotellier, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 882 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company. The shares were purchased at £8.15 per share.
Following this transaction Gaelle Hotellier now holds a total of 882 ordinary shares, representing 0.0027% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
