Blue Prism, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation, announces that on 28 February 2018 awards of market value share options (the "Options") were made to the following directors / PDMRs of the Group:

· Martin Flood, EVP Global Sales, 6,418 Options
· Patrick Geary, Chief Evangelist, 6,418 Options
· David Moss, Chief Technology Officer, 6,418 Options
· Neil Wright, EVP Professional Services, 6,418 Options
The Options have an exercise price of 1558p, being the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on the day prior to the date of award. The Options will vest after three years, subject to continued employment.
