NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") has today received notification that Miguel Ramis, a PDMR who is responsible for the majority of the Group's European businesses, sold 185,726 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 448.43 pence per share on 10 December 2009.
Following this transaction, Mr Ramis holds 362,350 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, representing 0.01945% of the issued share capital.
