Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that Iain Wallace, Compliance & Legal Services Director of the Company, has disposed of 52,589 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.04% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 21 pence per Ordinary Share. Iain Wallace has also forfeited 36,550 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.03% of the current issued Ordinary Shares), which were awarded as "matching shares" under the Company's Share Incentive Plan. The risk of forfeiture attached to the matching shares will normally be removed on the third anniversary of allocation subject to continued employment and the retention of the Partnership shares in connection with which they were awarded.
Following these transactions, Iain Wallace holds 36,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.03% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
