ITV PLC20 June 2006 20 June 2006 Announcement by ITV plc ITV plc Deferred Share Award Plan (the Plan) On 18 June 2004 a number of executives and directors were granted awards overordinary shares under the Plan based on the achievement of performance targets.Under the Rules of the Plan shares were released on 19 June 2006. On 19 June 2006 the Trustee sold sufficient shares at 104.75p per share tosatisfy income tax and national insurance liabilities and the balance wereretained by the participants.
