The Company announces that Kevin Hayes, Chief Financial Officer (a PDMR), purchased 7,700 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 193p on 17 March 2020.
Following this notification, Kevin Hayes holds 446,405 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.52% of the total shareholding in the Company.
