PhotonStar LED Group plc (AIM: PSL), the British designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions, announces that on 6 May 2014, Jonathan Freeman, Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 26,352 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Freeman now holds 107,762 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.096 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
