When an Allocation vests, such number of additional shares as could have beenacquired (at market value) on each dividend payment date during the vestingperiod with the amount of dividends that the relevant PDMR would have receivedon a net basis (without any associated tax credit) in respect of the number ofvested shares, will be transferred to that PDMR. No consideration was paid for the grant of the Allocations and no considerationwill be payable on the vesting of the Allocations. In respect of the executive directors named above, this notification is made inaccordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and (b) and in respect of the other PDMR namedabove, in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
