NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and DR 3.1.4R(1)(b) (a disclosure made in accordance with section 324 (as extended by section 328) of the Companies Act 1985), the Company was informed that on 14 June 2007, the following transactions were made by the persons under-noted, each a Director of the Company:
Allister G Langlands
* exercised 150,000 share options, being 0.0287% of the share capital of the Company, at 83¢â€¦â€œ pence per share, such options having been granted on 31 December 2001 under the John Wood Group PLC 2000 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme; * sold 150,000 shares subsequent to the above noted exercise of share options, being 0.0287% of the share capital of the Company, at a sale price of ‚£3.1121 per share, such transaction taking place on the London Stock Exchange; * sold 200,000 shares, being 0.0383% of the share capital of the Company, at a sale price of ‚£3.1121 per share, such transaction taking place on the London Stock Exchange.
Following these transactions, Mr Langlands has a beneficial interest in 1,937,443 ordinary shares representing 0.3713% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds 345,008 share options.
Alan G Semple
* exercised 150,000 share options, being 0.0287% of the share capital of the Company, at 83¢â€¦â€œ pence per share, such options having been granted on 31 December 2001 under the John Wood Group PLC 2000 Approved and Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme; * sold 150,000 shares being 0.0287% of the share capital of the Company, at a sale price of ‚£3.1121 per share, such transaction taking place on the London Stock Exchange.
Following these transactions, Mr Semple has a beneficial interest in 925,531 ordinary shares representing 0.1773% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds 288,083 share options.
Wendell R Brooks
* sold 125,000 shares being 0.0239% of the share capital of the Company, at a
sale price of ‚£3.1121 per share, such transaction taking place on the
London Stock Exchange.
Following these transactions, Mr Brooks has a beneficial interest in 600,531 ordinary shares representing 0.1151% of the issued share capital of the Company and holds 257,697 share options.
The Company's issued capital consists of 521,752,930 ordinary shares with voting rights.
