("Galiform plc " or "the 'Company ")

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FSA,  the Company announces that Mr. Michael Wemms, a non executive director, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 14.74p per share on the 30th December 2008.

Following this purchase Mr. Wemms now holds an interest in 42,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.007% of the Company's share capital.
