NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 R, Communisis plc announces that on 25 March 2015 it received notification that the following Directors exercised share options over ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. The options were nil cost options that vested in October 2012 in respect of Mark Stoner (Finance Director) and March 2013 in respect of Andy Blundell (Chief Executive Officer) and Dave Rushton (Group Managing Director).

Andy Blundell exercised 213,021 options, of which 100,330 Ordinary Shares have been sold at a value of 51p per share to cover the tax and National Insurance contribution (NIC) liabilities, with the balance of the shares being held. Following the transaction, Andy Blundell holds 298,687 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.144% of the Company's issued share capital.

Dave Rushton exercised 106,510 options, of which 50,175 Ordinary Shares have been sold at a value of 51p per share to cover the tax and NIC liabilities, with the balance of the shares being held. Following the transaction, Dave Rushton holds 113,359 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.055% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mark Stoner exercised 9,443 options and has retained all of the Ordinary Shares. The market value on the date of exercise was 51p per share. Following the transaction, Mark Stoner holds 98,944 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.048% of the Company's issued share capital.
