Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 10 January 2014 Reg Hankey, Chief Executive, bought a further 63,281 shares in the Company at a price of 3.34 per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to a total of 8m shares.
