On 28 August 2012, Jonathan Sorrell, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, was granted an option under the Man Group Sharesave Scheme 2010 to acquire 23,076 Ordinary Shares of 3 3/7 US cents each, at an option price of 65p per share, which is exercisable between 1 October 2017 and 1 March 2018.
