Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces it has been notified that on 30 June 2025, Benedict Luke Green, a Principal of the Investment Manager, acquired 210,497 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Notification of Dealing Form, which can be found below and is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of the acquisition.
Following this acquisition, Benedict Luke Green holds 569,871 Ordinary Shares in the Company and his PCAs hold 1,249,030 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together, Benedict Luke Green and his PCAs now hold a total of 1,818,901 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
