Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings
The Company has been notified that the following transactions occurred:
On 23 December 2008 upon the vesting and call for matching shares in respect of the 2005 awards under the Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Plan Mark Ames, a PDMR of the Company, called 4179 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company. Following this notification his shareholding is 154,143 shares in the Company, constituting 0.44% of the issued share capital.
On 23 December 2008 upon the vesting and call for matching shares in respect of the 2005 awards under the Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Plan Robert Thompson, a PDMR of the Company, called 4149 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company. Following this notification his shareholding is 46,697 shares in the Company, constituting 0.13% of the issued share capital.
The Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Trust transferred on 23 December 2008 a total of 9900 shares in the Company to satisfy the call of vested awards in respect of the Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Plan. As potential beneficiaries of the Trust, the executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility are deemed to have a potential beneficial interest in the Trust's shares.
On 24th December 2008 the Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Trust acquired a total of 504 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 550p per share to satisfy the potential call of vested 2008 awards and NIC hedging on vested 2008 awards in respect of the Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Plan. As potential beneficiaries of the Trust, the executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility are deemed to have a potential beneficial interest in the Trust's shares.
