Premier Foods plc (the "Company")
Share Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
The Company was notified on 22 October 2008 of the following transactions in Premier Foods plc ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Shares") by a Director and a PDMR of the Company:
Director
Tim Kelly, Chief Operating Officer, Hovis, sold 48,769 Shares at 32.175p and then immediately acquired 50,000 Shares at 32.25p per Share on 20 October 2008. These transactions were undertaken for personal tax reasons.
PDMR
Mark Vickery, Group IS & Change Director acquired 30,089 Shares at 33p per Share on 22 October 2008.
