DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
Modern Water (AIM:MWG), the owner of leading water technologies focused on addressing the scarcity of fresh water, the treatment of wastewater, and monitoring of water quality, has been informed that on 2 May 2014 Mr Michael Gradon, Non-Executive Director of the Company acquired 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company. These shares were acquired at a price of 29.5p per share and represent 0.38% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Including this purchase, Mr Michael Gradon has an interest in 1,246,518 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.57% of the total issued ordinary shares.
