Directors Share Purchases

Darty plc today announces that it has received notification from the following Director regarding the purchase of ordinary shares of 30 cents each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

The Company was notified on 21st January 2013 that Michel Léonard, Non-Executive Director, purchased in aggregate 15,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 64.68 pence per share on 21st January 2013, representing 0.003% of the Company's current issued share capital. Following the purchase, Michel Léonard is beneficially interested in 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.006% of the Company's issued share capital.
