DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company announces that 24,411 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing the first tranche of an award (totalling 88,132 shares) granted to Tony O'Neill, a PDMR, upon his appointment in 2013, were released on 11 September 2014. Following the sale of 11,474 shares at £14.97 per share to meet the income tax / NIC liability, 12,937 shares have been released to Mr O'Neill.
