- Nicholas Lee, Director, transferred 424,800 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the mid-market price from Jarvis Investment Management Limited to Fiske Nominees Limited on 3 July 2020.
Accordingly, the total holding of Mr Lee remains at 4,601,470 Ordinary Shares, representing a holding of 0.7%.
