REA announces that it received notification on 26 January 2016, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, purchased in London on 26 January 2016, 8,119 preference shares of £1 each in REA at a price of £0.7575 per share.
