In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Neil Smith, an Executive Director, on 5 July 2012 purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £0.87 through his self-invested pension fund. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 369,609 which is 0.44% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
