The Board of the Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, following the appointment of Robert Naylor as Chairman, it has been notified that Robert and a person closely associated, have purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Acquisition").
As a result of the Acquisition, Robert Naylor and a person closely associated, will hold 100,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.025% of the Company's issued share capital.
