Director/PDMR Shareholding in Cable and Wireless plc ("the Company")
The Company has been advised that on 7th October 2008 Halifax Corporate Trustees Limited, trustee of the Cable & Wireless Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), undertook the purchase of Partnership shares and allocation of Matching shares on behalf of the under mentioned PDMRs.
