Evolution Group PLC07 May 2008 The Evolution Group Plc7 May 2008 The Evolution Group Plc Directors' Shareholdings The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution" or the "Company"), the investment bank andretail fund management group, announces that Sanne Trustee Company UK Limited(the "Trustee") in its capacity as the trustee of The Evolution Group PlcEmployee Share Incentive Plan Trust (the "Plan") on 6 May 2008 purchased 20,412Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of103.50 pence per share and that Evolution on 6 May 2008 issued 15,576 Ordinary shares of 1p each credited as fully paid at 103.50 pence per share to the Trustee as "matching shares" under the terms of the Plan. The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Plan.
