Karen Prior, Corporate Responsibility Director, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 158.5p each on 17 October 2022. Following the acquisition, Karen Prior has an ultimate beneficial interest of 157,445 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.67% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Richard Edwards, CEO, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 158.5p each on 17 October 2022. Following the acquisition, Richard Edwards has an ultimate beneficial interest of 168,396 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.71% of the issued share capital of the Company.
