Flybe announces that on 26 January 2015, the following Director share purchase was made in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
· Simon Laffin, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 60,728 Ordinary Shares in the Company each at a price of 69.75p per share.
Following this transaction, his beneficial interest in the Company is as follows:
