Notification of Directors' Interests

This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company received notification today that:

Sir Nigel Rudd, Chairman, acquired 5,140 ordinary shares of 29 16/21 pence in BBA Aviation plc; and

Lady Lesley Rudd (wife of Sir Nigel) acquired 4,170 ordinary shares of 29 16/21 pence in BBA Aviation plc.

The shares were acquired at 201.4188 pence per share on 23 May 2016.

Sir Nigel's total beneficial holding and that of his connected persons following this notification is 230,760 shares.
